SEE Preparation Examinations. You are therefore required to sincerely complete
these tasks on a daily basis. Parents are kindly advised to be observant and
with their children monitoring and supervising their studies and most of these
contents contain a number of materials on the internet, especially YouTube. Just make sure that they do not get digitally
distracted.

how differently you attempt to comprehend the text below.
Read the following cooking recipe, and create your own recipe on
the given food items.
Momo is a popular Napali dish. It is not only easy to prepare but also tasty. It can be both a vegetarian and non-vegetarian dish. It is served in almost all the restaurants and small hotels in Nepal at all times. It can be eaten as a snack or main course at home, at a party or even at picnics.
Cooking Recipe for Vegetable Momo
Ingredients and Quantity

Carrots 50 gm

Cabbage 90 gm
3)
Potatoes 25 gm
4)
Onions 15 gm
5)
Soy sauce ½ tsp
6)
Tasting powder ½ tsp

Momo masala ½ tsp
8) Garlic
and ginger paste 2 gm
9) Spring
onions 5 gm

and pepper as per requirement

12) Vegetable
oil 20 ml
13) Flour

Cooking Recipe
1. Take a bowl; prepare the dough by mixing our, water and salt.
2. Make sure the dough rests for about 15 minutes.
3. Wash all the vegetables.
4. Chop cabbage, onions, and spring onions finely.
5. Boil potatoes; grate them and grate carrots as well.
6. Take a bowl and mix chopped cabbage, onion, and spring onion,
grated potato and carrot, soy sauce, momo spices, ginger, garlic paste, melted
butter, salt, and pepper.
7. Portion out the dough into small pieces.
8. Roll out the pieces.
9. Place the vegetable stuffing onto the pieces and seal them.
10. Grease momo perforated container with oil.
11. Lay momo into the container.
12. Heat the steamer by adding water.
13. Place the sealed momo onto the steamer.
14. Steam momo over the pot of boiling water for about 10
minutes.
15. Serve hot momo with suitable accompaniment or sauce.
