1. Behaviour Change Communication Officer      Post-1
Responsibilities:
·    Suggest, initiate and co-ordinate creative interpersonal communicational activities
·    Develop and design plans, processes and inter personal communication (IPC) activities with the manager
·    Plan, review   and coordinate the planned information Education and communication materials
·    Research relevant documents and write reports, concept papers and research briefs
·    Conduct and participate in training sessions for Behaviour Change Communication
·    Participate in stakeholder meeting
Preferred Qualification
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in social sciences
At least three years’ experience in communications field preferably in development work related to reproductive health
Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and Nepali
Interest in public health and flexibility to periodically work in the field
Ability to work effectively with government and non-government agencies
Proficiency in MS-office package
